Yilji Dimka
Yilji Dimka is a Senior Associate in Elesimogun & Eguwatu. He is a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Department. Yilji has experience of working on high profile transactions involving the government and private sector interests and has also provided legal counsel to a number of private and public companies.
Yilji’s core area of expertise revolves around corporate finance, project finance and capital markets with a bias towards debt and equity offerings and investment funds. He has attended training courses on “Transactions for Capital Market Solicitors” and “Tax Issues in Mergers and Acquisitions” among others.
